Estudio Creativo Play.Interactive S.C. (hereinafter, "Play.Interactive"), with address at Fuentes de Satélite 1, Bellavista, Zip 54054, Tlalnepantla de Baz, State of Mexico, is responsible for the processing of your personal data under the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its Regulations.

Personal data we collect

For the purposes described in this notice, we collect the following data:

  • Identification data: first and last name.
  • Contact data: email address.
  • Professional data: company name and job title, when applicable.
  • Usage data: answers provided in our digital diagnostic, interaction with emails we send, and pages visited on our sites.

We do not collect sensitive personal data.

Primary purposes of processing

We use your data to:

  • Send you the weekly newsletter you voluntarily subscribed to.
  • Allow you to access our interactive digital presence diagnostic and deliver your personalized report.
  • Respond to your inquiries and requests when you initiate contact with us.
  • Comply with applicable tax and legal obligations.

Secondary purposes

With your consent, we may also use your data to:

  • Send you communications about Play.Interactive's services, case studies and resources we believe may be of interest to you.
  • Invite you to events, webinars or content launches.
  • Perform aggregated and anonymous analyses to improve our content and services.

If you do not want your data used for secondary purposes, you can opt out by replying to any of our emails with the word "UNSUBSCRIBE" or writing to [email protected]. Your refusal of secondary purposes will not be grounds for denying you the services you request.

Data transfer to third parties

To operate the services described, we share certain data with the following processors, who handle it solely on behalf of Play.Interactive:

  • HubSpot Inc. (United States) — CRM and email platform.
  • Resend Inc. (United States) — transactional email service.
  • Cloudflare Inc. (United States) — hosting, CDN and security.
  • Google LLC (United States) — web analytics (Google Analytics) and tag management (Google Tag Manager).

These transfers are necessary for the operation of the service and do not require your additional consent under Article 37 of the LFPDPPP. Processors are contractually required to protect your data under equivalent standards. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for purposes other than those described here.

Retention period

We will keep your personal data for 3 years from your last effective contact with us — last email open, last site visit, last reply to a message. After that period, your data will be deleted from our systems unless there is a legal obligation to retain it.

ARCO rights and revocation of consent

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you (Access), what we use it for and the conditions of its use; to request the correction of your information (Rectification) when it is inaccurate or incomplete; to have it deleted from our records (Cancellation) when you consider that it is not being used in accordance with the principles of the law; and to object to the use of your personal data for specific purposes (Opposition).

To exercise any of these rights, send your request to [email protected] indicating:

  • Your name and the email you registered with.
  • The right you wish to exercise (access, rectification, cancellation or opposition).
  • A clear and precise description of the data on which you seek to exercise that right.

We will respond to your request within a maximum of 20 business days. You may revoke your consent to the processing of your data at any time by sending an email to the same address or unsubscribing via the link at the bottom of each of our emails.

Cookies and similar technologies

Our sites use first-party and third-party cookies (Google Analytics, Cloudflare) to remember your preferences, measure site usage and improve your experience. You can disable them in your browser settings — this may affect some site features.

Changes to the privacy policy

Any modification to this notice will be published on this same page with the date of last update. We recommend reviewing it periodically.
