Arcade Camp

Executive Summary
Arcade Camp is the 3D digital office our whole team works in and, as of October 2026, a product we're opening to other companies. We built it from scratch to get what no single tool gave us: an office of our own, with everything integrated.
The Challenge
We work remotely, and we didn't want that to mean living from one video call to the next. We needed an office of our own: a place where the team runs into each other, where a conversation can start without scheduling it, and where the everyday tools — voice, video, chat, calendar, tasks, recordings, and minutes — live integrated in one place instead of spread across half a dozen services. And we wanted it to be ours, so we could look after it properly and, later, offer it to other teams.
The Solution
We built it from scratch, from our own behavior specification. The world is low-poly 3D in Three.js, with the interface in Svelte; the server speaks our own protocol over WebSocket, and voice and video run on LiveKit. We modeled the avatars, furniture, and worlds ourselves in Blender. On top of that we integrated what a real office needs: walk-up conversations, rooms booked from Google Calendar, built-in chat, Monday and GitHub integrations, account-free client visits, webinars for up to 100 attendees, and automatic minutes that land in Drive. Today it's the office our whole team works in, and the product lives at arcade.camp, an Astro site with a waitlist for the pilot.
