From 44 monthly visits to more than 30,000 sustained organic visits: how we transformed the digital presence of an advanced industrial company into the online reference of its sector in Mexico.
The Challenge
In 2015, British Federal Mexico — specialists in resistance welding, automation and robotics for the automotive industry — barely existed on the internet. Their site was basic, without structure or relevant content, and invisible in search engines. For an advanced engineering company, that digital disconnect was a real barrier to attracting new customers and projecting the level of expertise they actually had.
The Solution
Play.Interactive developed an end-to-end strategy of design, technology and technical content. We built the site on WordPress with a solid, scalable technical foundation, implemented SEO and a content strategy with articles explaining their processes and products in an accessible way to attract qualified traffic, and produced professional photography and video sessions showing the precision of their robotic equipment. We created an interactive 3D robot that lets users explore component brands and specifications. Over 10 years we've developed three versions of the site, each with better design, performance and ranking metrics. The current version integrates advanced analytics that classify users in the conversion funnel and alert the sales team at the ideal moment to reach out.
