In early 2024, PDLC won a contract with a major financial institution to recover thousands of overdue personal loans. Each batch contained 900 to 1,200 contracts with multiple document versions, different amounts, payment dates, addresses and legal statuses. Only two weeks separated the receipt of each batch from the deadline to file the claims in court. They had to determine which loans could be claimed, automatically generate eligibility letters, draft each claim based on the contract version and partial payments, and produce the files ready for printing — all without errors, without delays and with full traceability.

Play.Interactive designed and developed from scratch an internal ERP-style system in three stages. First: a web application that captures contract data and, via logical rules and automatic calculations, determines whether the loan is collectible or time-barred, generates eligibility or ineligibility letters, automatically drafts each claim based on contract type, payments made and applicable legal articles, and produces print-ready PDFs. Second: a management system with user administration and permissions, case assignment to lawyers, activity history, automatic email notifications and dashboards with the status of every claim in real time. All built on Laravel and Vue, in just seven months of development.
