At Play.Interactive the minimum ticket for a corporate video when we handle full preproduction, production, and post-production is USD $7,500. The final price depends on format, duration, number of locations, production crew size, and post-production complexity. An animated explainer has a different cost structure than a video filmed with actors, locations, and dedicated cinematography. After an initial brief we deliver a proposal broken down by phase.
We start with an initial brief where we map objectives, scope, timelines, and references. Within 3 to 5 business days we deliver a detailed proposal with phase-by-phase breakdown, schedule, specific deliverables, and cost per block. The proposal has no cost. If the original scope doesn't fit your budget, we present up to 2 additional quotes with adjusted scope (3 proposals total). If none of them work, we close the process respectfully. Once a proposal is approved, we set payment milestones and kick off.
